“Kate Glennon created a staff professional day that was exhilarating, fun, educational, and team building. It is one of the best developmental opportunities I have attended in my 15+ years of teaching. She created an environment that allowed teachers to explore and move in nature, challenging us to work and think together. What great team building happened here! One particular activity brought my 3-person teaching team, first time together with a brand new member, and had us set up a pumpkin hammering activity. One of us was blindfolded, one of us could not use our hands, and one of us could not talk. She left us with a marker and dry erase board to complete our work. It was magic, and I felt so empowered and united and connected with my team. The entire day was motivating. ”
